Our industry-aligned curriculum is full-stack, and it evolves with the needs of our massive employer network. The result?
Students in every cohort enter the job market with the most up-to-date skills, honed by hands-on project work.
Establish foundational programming skills with Java or C#. You'll develop an application that models real-world problems by the end of this module. You'll write conditional code that can help make decisions, use collections to organize data sets, and leverage object-oriented programming principles for code modularity.
Learn about back-end development by connecting your programs with other applications to save and retrieve data. Learn to develop applications that use SQL to communicate with databases to store data. Then learn how to work with and build APIs to distribute your data to other applications.
Learn how to build web applications with complex layouts using HTML and CSS. Then you'll see how JavaScript enables your applications to create dynamic, interactive experiences for your users through a web browser.
Learn about agile methodologies and experience collaborating on a team to build a full-stack application that uses the lessons learned throughout the curriculum.
Each student is paired with a personal Pathway™ Program career coach, working together throughout the program on professional and job search prep.
From resumes to networking, mock interviews to employer introductions, we'll be a true partner in helping you achieve your goals.
Before you build a personal brand, our team will help you build a solid foundation through our self discovery process. Your introduction to a career search begins with the Clifton Strength assessment to identify your unique strengths.
Before diving in further, we'll also teach a few simple practices you can introduce into your daily routine to manage stress and imposter syndrome.
The final phase of self discovery includes working closely with a career coach to develop your elevator pitch—a concise summary about yourself, qualifications and goals.
Develop key credentials for employers, including your resume, a sophisticated LinkedIn profile and portfolio projects. You will kickoff career strategy meetings with your coach to begin discussing career goals after Tech Elevator, like what's important in your next role and what you're most interested in.
Our team will also guide you in your first meetings with recruiters, including best practices for an initial meeting.
This final phase is all about putting your best foot forward in the job search. You'll learn what to expect during both behavioral and technical interviews—and apply your learnings in mock interviews.
You’ll begin the process of applying for jobs and take part in additional networking opportunities and matchmaking events with direct connections to potential employers.
A bootcamp day is full and fast-paced. Activities change up frequently, blending coding and career. Explore the typical schedule (EST) of a part-time student below.
