Our workforce team will present a recommended reskilling approach to your team. A project plan and roadmap outlining activities and execution will also be presented.
With the official launch of the program, our team will execute and optimize the marketing of the program to secure applications. We'll also work closely with your selection team to coach best practices and what to look for in individuals to be admitted into the program.
Accepted candidates are ready to enter the program and instruction begins during this phase. Starting Day 1 students will be coding and learning the technical skills they need to succeed in their new roles.
