I was a Lab Technician and now I'm a Software Engineer I at Amtrust Financial Services.

"Tech Elevator really made the connection to technology and the passion I have for problem-solving. They had an application process that did a great job of assessing my fit for their program. I followed their process and used their resources and tools, and it changed my life for the better. At Tech Elevator I wasn’t just on the road to a great career, but I was also submerged in an amazing world of people that are always there to help support me and my development.”

Gain the job-ready tech skills employers are looking for now.

Our industry-aligned curriculum prepares you to be a full-stack developer -- and it evolves with the needs of our massive employer network.

The result? Students in every cohort enter the job market with the most up-to-date skills, honed by hands-on project work, team-building, and career preparation.

Establish foundational programming skills with Java. You'll develop an application that models real-world problems by the end of this module. You'll write conditional code that can help make decisions, use collections to organize data sets, and leverage object-oriented programming principles for code modularity.

Looking for career guidance? You'll have a coach for that.

Each student is paired with a personal Pathway™ Program career coach, working together throughout the program on professional and job search prep.

From resumes to networking, mock interviews to employer introductions, your coach will be a true partner in helping you achieve your new career goals.

Before you build a personal brand, our team will help you build a solid foundation through our self discovery process. Your introduction to a career search begins with the Clifton Strength assessment to identify your unique strengths.

Before diving in further, we'll also teach a few simple practices you can introduce into your daily routine to manage stress and imposter syndrome.

The final phase of self discovery includes working closely with a career coach to develop your elevator pitch—a concise summary about yourself, qualifications and goals.

All of your coding bootcamp questions answered.

  • As a part-time student, will someone be available if I need extra support?

Yes! Tech Elevator staff (and classmates) will be available to support your independent study and will offer opportunities for 1-on-1 sessions regularly throughout your cohort.
  • How will Tech Elevator measure success throughout the program?

There will be academic performance benchmarks for each module, including weekly exercises due on Sunday and an end-of-module summative assessment. Passing a module is based on a combination of exercise completion and your assessment score.

  • What can I expect from the Pathway Program over the 30-week program?

The part-time Pathway Program will run parallel to your technical curriculum, and will include independent work—including reading assignments, videos and quizzes. We will also provide 1-on-1 career coaching for assignment feedback (ie. resume, LinkedIn development for example) and to help you develop your career strategy. You can request ad-hoc appointments as needed.

  • What is the difference between the 2-day offering and just Saturday?

Nothing! Same program, just different time offerings. The review and paired programming sessions will be broken down into two days (ie. review on Monday & pair programming on Wednesday vs both back-to-back on Saturdays).
