Tech Elevator Named a Top Workplace in Northeast Ohio
We have exciting news to share with you: Tech Elevator has been selected as a 2022 Top Workplace Winner by The Plain Dealer and Cleveland.com!
The Top Workplace committee reviews each nominated company to determine whether they outperform in a crowded market based on three criteria–evaluate, engage and exceed. Awarded companies must evaluate how they measure up to their competition, engage with their employees to lead a people-first culture and know where they exceed to attract job seekers and new business.
The Top Workplaces survey process gives employees and their organizations the opportunity to share their voices, and come together to celebrate each other.

So, what makes Tech Elevator a top workplace?
Tech Elevator was recognized as a Top Workplace because of the individual survey results submitted by its employees. The incredible people at Tech Elevator shared what they know about the work environment and how they feel appreciated.
To keep it simple, we focus on staff elevation and appreciation for our employees. We are a people-first organization because we never forget what makes this organization thrive. Tech Elevator gives its employees the autonomy to succeed and leverage their skills to their fullest potential. We also put great emphasis on individual professional development—investing in certifications, conferences and more to help our employees grow their careers.
It’s no wonder that we elevated over 15% of our employees into different roles in 2021. We also saw a 40% increase in our total employee count last year. And what’s more, in the past six months we hired the same number of people we hired in all of 2021, with no end in sight.
Whether it’s elevating our current staff or connecting with and hiring people who believe in Tech Elevator’s mission, there is much more growth to be had in the future and we are here for it!
