We looked through the list and pulled out the nine best tech companies to work for in 2024. These companies have ratings of 4.6 (out of 5.0) or higher. As you’ll see, many (but not all) of these companies focus on AI, a growing trend in tech. Read more about each company below.

Possibly the most advanced, well-established tech company on the list, NVIDIA is a world leader in artificial intelligence. This company was founded in 1993, and although not a household name, has a strong reputation in the tech industry.

Focus: Communication software

Axios HQ is advancing AI-powered software designed for various organizations. Its focus is on organizational communication, both internal and external.
4. Events.com
Glassdoor Rating: 4.7
Focus: Event management and registration
98% of surveyed employees would recommend the company to a friend
Events.com is a leading platform for selling tickets, promoting events, and engaging sponsors. Users can visit the site for music, dance, theater, and leisure events. An impressive 98% of employment reviewers would recommend this company to a friend (the highest on this list).
5. Notion Labs

Focus: Enterprise software and networks

Known for its friendly and collaborative working environment, this company has developed an AI-powered workspace for a variety of businesses. Their client list includes Nike, Uber, Toyota, Amazon, and many others.
