Cancellation & Refund Policy
This refund policy pertains only to Employee Elevation Training Sessions.
To be eligible for a full refund Tech Elevator must be notified of a cancellation by the email used to register no less than 10 business days before the start date of the registered class. Cancellation requests made between 5 and 10 business days before the start date of the registered class will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be issued from a cancellation within 5 business days. Your full name and registered class must be referenced in cancellation email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. A registered class participant may send a substitute individual from their company and must notify Tech Elevator of a replacement at least 1 day prior to the class starting.
Refunds must be processed to the credit card used at the time of payment at the request of the participant.
