System Administrator / IT Generalist
Tech Elevator is looking for a System Administrator / IT Generalist who will support IT for all locations (HQ, Cleveland, OH, Columbus, OH, Cincinnati, OH and Pittsburgh, PA).

Specific Responsibilities & Expectations
Configure, customize, integrate, and perform system administration duties for Google Suite, Zoho, Slack and other cloud-based business systems
Some coding and scripting for system automation and integration
Create custom reports from CRM system as requested
Procure, maintain inventory, and administer all company IT equipment, including over 150 laptops used by staff and students – including refresh cycles, clean and reset student systems, manage and control hardware inventory and access.
Manage third-party vendors for services such as internet service, VoIP, printers/copiers, etc
User provisioning and support
Manage wired and wireless networks at campus locations
Manage mobile and remote access to services
Manage security and access control standards
Review and recommend technology growth and improvement processes
Experience & Requirements
General system administration, preferably administering a CRM like Zoho or Salesforce
Supporting technology end-users in-person and by phone
Desktop support (Windows and Mac)
Familiar with relational databases and SQL
Wired and wireless network setup and troubleshooting
Strong intrapersonal skills
Demonstrated experience in learning new technologies
Willing to travel to locations and for occasional seminars and events
