Marketing Coordinator

Tech Elevator is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will support overall marketing and social media initiatives for all locations (Cleveland, OH, Columbus, OH, Cincinnati, OH and Pittsburgh, PA).

  • Is able to make decisions quickly, and re-prioritize as needs demand

Main Areas of Focus

  • Event planning + management

  • Content creation + engagement

  • Social media (management + analysis)

  • Market research + outreach (community + PR)

  • Analytics + results (tracking + monitoring)

Specific Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Support Tech Elevator events through the full event cycle (brainstorm, planning, promotion, execution, follow up)

  • Content creation and planning; create ongoing fresh content for the blog, newsletter and social media; content planning and sharing according to stakeholder verticals

  • Design layouts and graphics supporting brand values and marketing initiatives

  • Execution of social media strategy and planning; consistent posts for Tech Elevator’s social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)

  • Website page management using our CMS

  • Community outreach and relationship building

  • Monitor traffic through Google Analytics and other platforms

  • Research trends: consistent monitoring of opportunities for brand awareness/engagement

  • Participate in community and networking events in the region

Requirements

  • Has 1-3 years experience working in a marketing, analytics or design role

  • Graphic design experience strongly preferred
