Do I start paying back my ISA right after graduating?

Payments will commence 3 months post-separation whether or not the student graduates. This is one item that’s probably worth updating. We always counsel schools to be clear that payments start 3 months after “separation” so students can know they have an obligation even if they don’t graduate.

The ISA terminates when any one of the following occurs.

• You make the required number of payments in the payment term

• Your total payment amount equals the payment cap

• The payment window expires
