Main Areas of Focus:

  • Digital design

  • Content creation + engagement

  • Social media creation, design, campaign management

  • Market research + outreach

  • Analytics + conversion tracking

Specific Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Strong conceptual and technical graphic design abilities

  • Contribute to our day-to-day graphic and web design needs that support our brand values and guidelines

  • Create digital media, marketing collateral, flyers, signs, brochures, presentation pieces

  • Collaborate with marketing staff on presentation materials and other graphic items associated with individual projects

  • Manage website pages, layouts and campaigns, using CMS

  • Content creation and planning; create ongoing fresh content for the blog, newsletter and social media; content planning and sharing according to stakeholder verticals

  • Design and program email blasts as well as upload and manage delivery through an inbound marketing platform and content management system

  • Organize & segment database and lists to send marketing communications and email blasts

  • Familiarity of social media strategy; collaboration and support of consistent posts for Tech Elevator’s social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)

  • Monitor traffic through Google Analytics and other platforms

  • Research trends: consistent monitoring of opportunities for brand awareness/engagement

  • Participate in Tech Elevator and community-building events

Requirements:

  • Has 3-5 years experience working in a design, web design and/or marketing

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and Photoshop) or comparable design tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including command of typography and content organization

Working Conditions

  • Regular office hours

  • Occasional evening and weekend hours
