Christina has over 10 years of experience with business development, hiring talent, managing employees, mentoring, and volunteering as a career development coach. She has built a reputation in the Cincinnati market that is well respected by both hiring managers and individuals looking to make a career move. During her time at Robert Half Technology, she secured over 200 clients ranging from small to medium size businesses up to fortune 500 companies, gaining exclusivity to staff for some of these companies that used multiple agencies before they partnered with her for their hiring needs. She has helped over 300 people elevate their careers by mentoring, coaching and developing their job search skill sets.
Christina has a passion for building relationships, developing talent, mentoring and coaching individuals so they are able to proceed with their journey in confidence. She actively volunteers to give presentations on career transitions, mock interviews, resume writing and LinkedIn profile building, sharing her real world experiences with college students and community organizations. Part of her role at Tech Elevator will be to understand the backgrounds, strengths and goals of the students, helping to develop them and provide them with effective career strategies. She will also be responsible for partnering with corporations to increase the network of hiring companies who support the bootcamp model.
