Carole has worked in office management for over 25 years where she has demonstrated strong organizational skills, high efficiency and excellent customer service. She utilizes her personal and professional experience to manage the Tech Elevator admissions process, from initial student application to graduation from the program. Her positive attitude and dedication to students makes her a valuable asset to the team.

Before joining Tech Elevator, Carole worked as an executive assistant in a broad range of companies within the financial industry which include Voya Financial, Pacific Life, and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

Outside of work, Carole is an accomplished cellist and member of the Cleveland Women's Orchestra. She also shares a passion for hiking with her husband, Bill.
