Adilene Esquinca

Prior to Tech Elevator I was...

a chemical engineering student at MIT.

The students at Tech Elevator...

are both fun and incredibly hard-working.

The best part of my day is...

feeling motivated by the driven students and staff in the Tech Elevator community.

Adilene is a recent graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where she studied chemical engineering. Originally from the Chicago area, she joins Tech Elevator as a 2019 Venture for America fellow.

Adilene's prior experiences include biomedical research, marketing analytics, business development, and chemical engineering internships. At MIT she provided support to students considering or returning from a leave of absence through the MIT Leave & Return support program. She was also involved with the Hispanic Scholarship Fund where she mentored six Latinx high school seniors through the college application process.

In her free time, she loves dog walking, coloring, and playing the cello!
