Tiffany Lardomita

Pathway Program Director, Cleveland

Prior to Tech Elevator, I was...

a career coach, business consultant, and Internet marketer.

The students at Tech Elevator...

are the best of the best. I have never worked with such motivated and smart students.

The best part of my day is...

seeing a student's face light up when they get called for a job interview.

Tiffany has over 15 years of career coaching experience teaching soft skills to students in non-traditional education environments. She began her career as a campus tour guide at Eastern Michigan University and went on to become a top recruiter at National Institute of Technology where she presented life skills seminars in nearly all Northeast Ohio high schools.

Embracing 21st century skills development in her spare time, this self-taught digital marketer provided web design and consulting services to numerous local corporations.  She also delivered web business workshops for COSE Small Business Conference, The Press Club of Cleveland, Lake Communicators and the Association of Information Technology Professionals.

In her role as Director of Career Services for Remington College, she led a team as they placed over 400 career-changers in their fields of study. To prepare students for life after graduation, Tiffany created engaging workshops, critiqued resumes, conducted hundreds of mock interviews and built relationships with area employers to uncover hidden job opportunities.

Most recently, she coordinated a work-readiness program at Dress for Success Cleveland through a grant from the Walmart Foundation. She enjoys teaching professional skills, helping to build confidence and fostering a supportive environment which leads to student success.
