About Our Company
Tech Elevator is a demand-driven, in-person educational platform designed to support the rapid acquisition of technology skills that can lead to meaningful career change or advancement in tech-related fields.
In 2015, Tech Elevator launched as a 14 week coding bootcamp in Cleveland, with the mission of providing world class training to technology professionals. In 2016, we opened our doors in Columbus. Our students have a variety of experiences and backgrounds, all hungry to learn and upskill to change or elevate their careers.

Talent Director Responsibilities
Expand our network of hiring partners by adding new employers who are interested in hiring Tech Elevator grads. Primarily focussed on NEO but offering support as needed with new locations
Develop and grow existing hiring relationships by deeply understanding how Tech Elevator can partner best with clients on an ongoing basis
Participate in recruiting efforts for Tech Elevator expansion locations
Responsibility for the discovery, validation, and ongoing assessment of products and services for hiring partners
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations for corporate training, coordinate and drive the development of sales proposals
Networking: Identify key events (meetups, hiring, etc.) in the community, at times attending on behalf of Tech Elevator
Work with Marketing to secure sponsorship dollars to support large scale Tech Elevator events
Coordinate with Marketing on go-to-market strategies; collateral; launch dates, etc.
Develop in-depth knowledge of competitive offerings of other bootcamps and corporate training providers
Provide career coaching (Pathway Program) for students while forming sound process to identify criteria for ideal matching with hiring companies
Work with recent grads to ensure that we achieve highest possible job placement rate
Evaluate current practices for effectiveness and support the development of high impact strategies for scaling our placement efforts
Occasional career coaching and placement support for Alumni

Multiple years in IT Recruiting, in-house or agency
Proven track record in winning and growing new accounts
Genuine interest in helping develop IT careers and fostering a more vibrant IT ecosystem
