Josh Tucholski

Lead .NET Instructor, Cleveland

Prior to Tech Elevator I was...

an Architect designing software for Key Bank.

The students at Tech Elevator...

are unique and unlike any other developers I've interacted with.

The best part of my day is...

when a student is excited to show something that they've learned or built.

Josh has been using .NET for over 10 years to create solutions for small startups & large Fortune 500 companies. His favorite project, one of his first, was working on a team that developed one of the first SMS alerting platforms that processed more than 500K daily transactions to deliver e-mail and SMS alerts to online banking customers.

He recently served as an Enterprise Architect at Key Bank where he was a Solution Architect for the Community Bank. His time spent working for a local consulting agency provided exposure to different IT environments, such as healthcare, financial services, and e-commerce.

Josh has always taken the opportunity to mentor junior developers and college recruiting candidates. He often participated in mock interviews and held software engineering bootcamps to share experiences from real world developers. And his time spent as a teaching assistant for multiple Dale Carnegie Effective Communications & Human Relations programs provided him numerous opportunities to help others push beyond their comfort zone and challenge them to communicate with others at a more personal level. Josh's technical experience and passion for personal development make him the ideal instructor for bootcamp students at Tech Elevator.
