Higher Elevation is Tech Elevator’s solution to the massive skills gap that exists in the economy today. By partnering with leading higher education institutions and job creation organizations, Higher Elevation aims to provide additional technology skills to new graduates in order to accelerate their career potential.

Tech Elevator has demonstrated a methodology which identifies high potential novices and, through an immersive 14 week bootcamp-style program, trains them to become entry level software developers to meet the huge market demand that exists today.

Through the Higher Elevation program Tech Elevator aims to double the number of college graduates with programming skills entering Ohio’s workforce by 2019.
